Chefs amaze me. If there’s ever a cooking show on TV, I stop and watch, and not just because I like to eat. I like to watch the process of cooking and how the separate ingredients are combined and changed into the final product. I like to watch the technique and see the skill of the artist at work.
For example, if you’ve ever watched the Iron Chef, Masaharu Morimoto recently opened a restaurant near Walt Disney World, and as a treat for the grand opening, he made sushi from a HUNDRED POUND TUNA. Here is the video of him fileting this giant fish and turning it into like a 500-foot-long tuna roll.
Or, if you’re not into sushi… maybe Halloween candy is your game. Here is one of the skilled Disney candy makers at work making a caramel apple with Mickey ears.
Happy Halloween, indeed!
